Nice place to stay near

Great location, very nice terrace for the morning coffee. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, clean and tidy. The place is warm and cozy, even in October/November. There was a temporary issue with the elevator and the host was kind enough to warn us ahead of time and to share that no fees cancelation is an option.

The bathroom has some points of improvement but is acceptable overall. If you bring yourself nice flip-flops all will be fine

The apartment is pleasant and bright. The mattress and pillows were good. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was convenient and nice. Overall, it was fine. There is only one air conditioner in the living room, but there is access to the balcony from the bedroom, and insect screens on the windows, which is very convenient and solves the problem. Parking is on the street — it was easy to find a spot, and it’s free. In the bathroom, there is a well-thought-out space for cosmetics — thank you for that. Bedside lamps are available, which is both pleasant and convenient. Good coffee and a coffee machine. A spacious and comfortable balcony.

However, the elevator was not working, and we were informed about this only on the day of our arrival, which left us with no choice. It’s on the 5th floor, and the stairs are slippery. A child fell and was badly hurt — please be careful. There were no toiletries, which was strange — no soap and shampoo in a shower. There was also a smell of cigarettes, so we had to buy an air freshener and an aroma lamp. There is no convenient place for storing clothes in the wardrobe — no shelves at all. I recommend getting either standing or hanging shelves to place inside. The smell issue can be easily solved by having an aroma lamp or suitable air freshener ready for short-term guests. Towels and bed linen were excellent. The location is great. The cups, glasses, and all kitchenware are very nice. I should also note the perfect cleanliness everywhere.

It has also got everything you need. It’s the perfect place to home office from a balcony in the city, fast wifi, nice view, great coffee machine and lovely host. We will be back :)

We arrived a little later at night and the area seemed a little sketchy but after talking with our host he made us feel much more comfy and assured us the area was safe. We were totally fine.

Excelent location and very easy to communicate with the host before, during and after the stay. The host had many thoughtful things like coffee creamer and salt at the location - things we forgot to bring. This location is on our short list for Bulgaria :)

The address and the pin given to us was exact and correct but we didn't understand the entrance would be inside the garage driveway and about 10 meters off the main sidewalk. Otherwise the stay was perfect :-)

Te simți ca acasă

Apartamentul este foarte curat și utilat modern, punând la dispoziție foarte multe facilități. La parter se regăsesc două magazine, perfecte pentru mici cumpărături.

În perioada în care am fost cazați nu a funcționat liftul, însă proprietarul ne-a anunțat, ceea ce am apreciat. Totodată în living se simțea un miros puțin ciudat, probabil s-a mai fumat în apartament de-a lungul timpului însă nu este deranjant.
