Community Pools & Golf Views: Palm Desert Condo!

This Palm Desert patio home is nicely decorated, has a lovely view over the golf course, and is full of comfortable furniture inside and on the patio. There are no steps or stairs inside the home, and none of the 3 bathrooms has a bathtub to step over. The bedrooms, both of which have an en suite bathroom, are in a quiet location away from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and patio. The 3rd full bathroom is across the hall from the inviting den, which has a blow-up mattress available, a desk, and a very comfortable sofa with 2 electric recliners plus a double-sized chair electric recliner. The kitchen is nicely laid out, has a big island, big refrigerator, big stove/oven, and what looks like a nice grill just outside on the patio. The owner was responsive to texts for information.

There was almost nothing to dislike here. The garage is not attached to the home. The only way to avoid 3 shallow steps outside the side garage door and then another 3 shallow steps outside the front entry door is to use a very narrow sidewalk from the garage side door, through a locked gate, onto the small patio off one of the bedrooms, and then in through the sliding glass door into that bedroom. I don't know if a wheelchair or walker could fit on that narrow sidewalk and through the locked gate where there is minimal room to turn onto that small patio.

Such a lovely well equipped home with a comfortable primary bedroom suite!

Everything. We could live there. Nicest condo rental I have ever stayed in. Really clean, quiet, spacious, amazing golf course view.
