A minha estadia foi excepcional. A anfitriã Chady foi ótima! Dias antes ela já mandou mensagem tratando do check-in e como seria a forma mais fácil de chegar no local.
Ela ainda nos aguardou próximo ao apartamento, nos conduziu e apresentou todo o local. Além disso, se manteve a disposição pelo WhatsApp. Ela foi ótima!!
O apartamento fica em uma ilha "secundária", ao sul da principal, separada por um canal. Para atravessar o canal, basta pegar o transporte público da cidade (vaporetto), que em poucos minutos você está nos locais mais turísticos de Veneza.
O apartamento fica em Giudecca Palanca, uma área bem residencial, com pouquíssimo barulho. Ele é bem amplo, com uma sala e cozinha integrada, um quarto e um banheiro.
Você encontra TUDO que teria em um apartamento comum: máquina de lavar roupa, ferro, tábua de passar roupas, microondas, geladeira, cafeteira, máquina de lavar louças, secador de cabelo, TV,... enfim, tudo.
O wifi é ótimo!
Tem um supermercado bem perto dele (Coop) e alguns restaurantes locais.
Viajamos minha noiva e eu. A cama era boa, mas quem viaja em 4 pessoas reclamou do sofá-cama, que fica na sala. Mas eu não usei ele.

Very kind and patient host, ( and kind husband) ..she waited for me on the day of arrival, although I had trouble getting there. The house was filled with all necessities ( for washing machine and dishwasher, something to eat, oil, salt). Very welcoming. The house is spacious and has eveything (vacuum cleaner, a lot of place for your clothes to hang, separated sleeping room, table, cupboards) and was situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Lovely sight through the wide windows : a green little playground to look upon.
I did not like that the dishwasher did not function at first and it took quite some time ( about two weeks) to fix it. Also the shower did not give constant warm water, and after the plumber finally had checked it ( it took some convincing to get a professional in), it still did not function the way it should be. I stayed for five weeks and did not have one shower without periods of cold water, always waiting for it to get warm, which resulted always in too hot temperature for your skin. The moment you adjusted a little it went really cold again. This was uncomfortable when you wanted to wash your hair. It was like being in a camping when the boiler is used too much by too many people. I did not like that the owner did not call again the plumber to get it fixed. Instead at first she kept telling me it was checked and so it worked. Because she was otherwise very kind and attentive, it seems to me she just did not want to spent money on fixing. When I finally told her she should take care of it, she was hurt and still did not fix it. I was not happy with it..I had paid a great amount being her tenant, and therefore expect things to be taken care of.
Furthermore I did not sleep well, since I constantly woke up from the light (even though I wore a sleeping mask)...however the owner had put up blinds and another layers of covering, it still had some peeping of light. I think I am sensitive about that. After I covered everything with towels, it improved.

Everything you could want. We received a warm welcome. Communication with the host was excellent. Fantastic location near to vaporetto, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended 👌
