The apartment was a good size and had beautiful glimpses of the lake from the balcony. It had a kitchenette we managed to use for cooking one night. Natalie was very responsive and helped us through the check in process as well as assisted us with the use of the apartment (using the cooker etc).

We didn’t realise that getting to or from the apartment would be so difficult. Our driver refused to stop at the apartment due to how dangerous the road was and we had to walk up a windy with fast traffic and no pathway with luggage, 2 senior people and a child which made us feel like we were endangering our lives. In all honesty, having to walk on that road to the town to access anything and not being able to book any taxis (this is just a local general problem we think) made us miss several activities and made us eat at the apartment instead of eating out as we were afraid to be stranded in the dark. The TV reception also didn’t work well with the programming freezing constantly. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.
