Location and an actual Greek host who was available and responsive if needed. Dimitri cared about making our stay enjoyable. His instructions were accurate and the apartment stocked with anything you may need and then some. We went in the heart of winter and were greeted with a very warm, cozy environment and a welcome basket. Highly appreciated.

Be aware it is a typical Greek style bathroom and like most beds on the hard side.

Страхотен, просторен и удобен апартамент. Бяхме 4 възрастни с куче. Пристигнахме да прекараме Новогодишните празници в Перея. Собственикът се погрижи да има всичко необходимо за нашия престой. Посрещна ни топъл апартамент с кошница лакомства и вино! Гледката е прекрасна! Първа линия! Локацията е супер! Отдолу има таверна, а наблизо е пълно със заведения. Със сигурност ще се върнем отново!

Excellent location, excellent parking space, very beautiful apartment. I loved how it was decorated. A beautiful view from the terrace. The building also had a lift. The host was very pleasant and kind.

I had a problem with the cleanness of the apartment. And I do not mean sweeping the floor and the terrace, changing the sheets etc. That was OK. I mean really scrubbing and cleaning the kitchen cupboards, the windows, the kitchen sink and water tap which had a lime scale on it etc. The fridge was in such a poor condition, although I must say it was working. One of the drawers of the freezer was broken such that it was not really usable, as well as one in the fridge. In my opinion the fridge and the microwave should be replaced.
