D'abord une très belle vue panoramique sur le Rocher et l'étendue de la mer. L'appartement était propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Belle piscine, un grand garage souterrain gratuit.
La résidence est isolée, loin de tout centre commercial; une bonne distance pour descendre à la plage.
