The 88 m² south-facing holiday flat is located in a complex with several holiday flats. It was completely renovated in 2014 and is furnished for six people. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, a nearby golf course, the Gibraltar Rocks and the north coast of Africa.
From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you can access the 27 m² terrace, from which you have a great view of the communal pool and the well-tended gardens. From here you can also partially see the sea. A table and chairs are available here. The complex offers a total of four communal pools and a children's playground for the little ones. The flat also has a garage parking space.
The flat has two spacious bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the other with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m). One of the two bathrooms has a bathtub with shower and massage jets and the other has a shower. Both also have a washbasin and WC. There is also a sofa bed for two more people in the bright living room. There is also a TV with satellite connection, which can also be used to receive international programmes, a safe and a dining table for six people. The airports in Málaga and Jerez are approx. 1 hour away. A car is highly recommended.
