Quiet location SPACIOUS .
Bank bed ladders were not secure Hot water system was difficult to manage and understand. I couldn't get the heating on in the conservatory which made entertsinibg an issue

Amazing location and really large space in the house.
The glass ceiling in the conservatory leaked, so we couldn't take as much advantage of that space when it was raining.

Lovely setting.
There was a bath but no plug to use for it. The mats in the kitchen and living area were trip hazards. Cooking utensils were not equipped for 6 people. The conservatory had cobwebs with lots of flies on them. The outside area had ashtrays full of cigarette butts. It had a lovely river but had long grass to get to it and no seating to enjoy the view of it.
