Clean and tidy , had all accessories needed for stay

The property was extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. Super TV media screen. Agnies was an excellent host.

Very clean looking and smooth decor. Tea, coffee and creamer available. Towels fluffy and plenty of them. The owner was great at providing information and seemed a very lovely lady.

The key kept getting stock. Was tricky getting the door locked and unlocked, there were little dirt piles ,like someone swept but forgot to lift it afterwards. The sofa bed had no sheets available to cover the sofa which isn't hygienic when sleeping on it. The heater we didnt use as it had burn marks like it caught on fire. Having kids it made me feel uneasy . Lovely patio out back but no place to sit . Lovely balcony but cant access and no where to sit. Travelling with 5 people, its been our most expensive night. Don't get me wrong it was pleasant but if you don't need to be in that town id recommend travelling a bit further away for a more wallet friendly stay for a better experience. I hate giving a poor review as im a housemaid and know its not an easy job. For constructive criticism id recommend either lowering your price or fixing a few tweaks here and there.
