Gorgeous house, everything very well thought about very comfy seating options & lovely grass area for the dog at the back.
Bit of a slope to get the car onto the drive from the road so was worried about scraping the car as you drive in, which we got around by my partner jumping in to put the car onto the drive at an angle. Slightly put off by the ring doorbell at the backdoor overlooking the seating area in the garden. (Can understand the one at the front door, just didn’t feel that private with it at the back door)

Location, cleanliness of property, walks from the doorstep, welcome pack, appliances etc in the kitchen.
Seating in the lounge. Uncomfortable and too low for older people. Driveway ramp to parking place will cause issues for low slung vehicles, valance will bottom out. Property only suitable for 4 people if they can except that the only bathroom is en- suite in one of the bedroom, whereas the only wardrobe is in the other bedroom.
