location is convenient although a noisy street. Plenty of parking in the back of the building. Easy to find. Code to access the building worked seamlessly and it is great to not have keys. Beds are quite comfortable and bedrooms are generous size. Bathroom is fine and the hot water is hot with very little delay. If you are a large person, the shower could be a challenge. When needed, the AC was effective and cooled the unit quickly - we were not there in particularly hot weather. The windows were a little sticky to open but not bad. Window shades work well. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment. We used it for meal prep. Stove/oven a bit quirky but we figured it out. A couple more coffee/tea mugs would be good and one more large serving type bowl too.
The dining table is quite small. Not big enough for dinner for three. We had a guest for dinner and we were cramped.
