Staff was very cooperative. Check-in was very smooth and the overall experience was good.
We booked two rooms and those were on different floors. I was hoping to be on the same floor. There wasn't any view from the room. On the last day, there was a water supply issue in one bathroom and water was also dripping from the ceiling. Breakfast wasn't up to the mark. Very limited items, although they mentioned more in the list. It was a buffet but they were not refilling all the items.
