When I arrived to check in, it was disappointing to find that the rooms did not meet expectations. However, the reception staff were very flexible and cooperative, and they transferred me to their affiliated furnished apartments, Nice Land Huosing Units . There was a fully renovated room available, and the staff were very helpful. Still, the room lacked many essential items because the renovation had just been completed. The following items had to be requested: - Washing machine - Iron - Towels Additional issues: - The sofa had no armrests - There was no chair in the room - Toilet paper was provided only upon request - There was no housekeeping service
