The location is perfect! In 10 mins you reach the Eiffel Tower and other monuments; the area is full of restaurants, bars and markets/supermarkets. There are two metro lines closeby and it's very easy to reach the Orly airport by metro. The neighborhood is very safe and I would recommend this apartment to a solo female traveller :)
The owner is very nice, always available and reachable by phone if you need any help! I really appreciated that, thanks Didier!
Regarding the stairs, the apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator. I was alone and it was a good excercise honestly so I dind't mind; but it's a spiral staircase and a bit narrow.
The cleanliness of the room was not ideal; I found some hair in the bathroom, on the ground and in the shower. Apart from that, all good :)
