Cour Royale Disneyland Paris

It was such a lovely apartment so clean & tidy and had everything and more of which we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The place was clean and very well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were separate, which was very convenient. The living room was large and cozy and the kitchen was excellently equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Location to Disney was great. Location to subway station was great. Easy to get to downtown Paris but still took 45 minutes but we chose this location for the proximity to Disney

We had problems entering into the building because we were not familiar with the key fob technology and was very frustrating unlocking the apartment door itself because it is not a type of lock that we were familiar with. This could easily be corrected by giving more precise information on the location of the fob touch point and telling the renters that you need to turn the key several time in the lock until you get to the maximum turn. The key wont break in the lock when doing this but needs to be done.

Boa localização

A experiência ficou aquém das expectativas. O alojamento apresentava falta de limpeza, o que causou algum desconforto logo à chegada. Além disso, os anfitriões não demonstraram disponibilidade nem colaboração para resolver os problemas identificados durante a estadia. A reserva foi feita para 5 pessoas, mas apenas foram disponibilizadas toalhas para 4 e lençóis para duas das três camas, o que mostra pouca atenção aos detalhes e à preparação do espaço para o número correto de hóspedes. No geral, a estadia não correspondeu às expectativas, e acredito que há muito espaço para melhorias, especialmente na higiene, comunicação e organização.
