The River House was perfect!! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the enormous deck overlooking the river. The house was immaculate, and fully stocked with everything you might possibly need. The closet spaces were so convenient to unpack and keep things tidy. The bathroom soaps and shampoos were great too. We were able to grill out one night for dinner and make s’mores in the fire pit which was so fun. We hope to come back next time we are in Arkansas!

The property was beautiful and seems like it’s a new construction or newly renovated as you can still smell fresh paint.
All the rooms are decorated tastefully with simple colors.
This house is in a perfect location for outdoors activities, beautiful deck and beautiful dock.
Kitchen, living room and bathrooms were very clean except for the toilet area in the master bathroom.
Overall, the master bathroom was clean but the toilet room needed a bit more attention.
I would recommend this house for a family of 4 or for couples.
