About this house rental
Enjoy the serenity of Heber Springs while being mere minutes from beautiful Greers Ferry Lake in this one of a kind property. With over 2700 square feet inside the home, there’s even more to enjoy in the backyard specially designed for relaxing and entertaining! In addition, there is a private path directly out the gate in the backyard to the Sandy Beach state park and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the water.
Prop your feet up while you relax on the elegant leather couch or loveseat and enjoy your favorite shows. There is a smart TV in every bedroom, the kitchen, the den, and the sunroom. Cook an entire meal at once on the 6 burner chefs stove accompanied by all stainless steel appliances. Your family or friends can enjoy the show while sitting at this massive kitchen island. Time to eat? Have a seat at the jaw dropping 8 person dining room table!
After enjoying your culinary creations, you can make your way to the spacious sunroom. With a dry bar, stainless steel refrigerator, and flatscreen smart t.v., this is the perfect place to relax. Not exciting enough for you?
Step outside to your own personal oasis. Relax by the serene heated pool in a lounge chair or in the hammock nestled in the corner of the backyard. The pool
can be heated April-May add September-October for an additional fee.***Please give a 1 week notice to turn on pool heater. If cooking in the incredible inside kitchen wasn’t your style, use it for sides and cook the main course on the outside grill which is half charcoal, half gas. Enjoy your food at the outside, covered dining table under the glow of eddison lights hanging throughout the yard. When it’s time to call it a night, make your way to one of the spacious and comfortable 4 bedrooms and enjoy a rejuvenating nights sleep. There’s two master bedrooms. And with 2 kings, 1 child twin futon, and 2 twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle, there's plenty of room for everyone!

This home is nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and is only minutes from restaurants, Greers Ferry Lake, golf courses, multiple marinas, shopping, and more! It's only 2 miles to the Heber Springs Marina Where they can rent a pontoon boat on Greer’s Ferry lake.
Bring your boat and launch at one of many locations near this property. Don’t have a boat? Rent a boat or jet skis from nearby Heber Springs Marina or Eden Isle Marina.
Looking to take a more laid back outing? This property is only minutes from world class trout fishing on the little red river.
Take a stroll down one of many nature trails this beautiful area has to offer. Catch a movie at the Gem theatre in historic downtown Heber Springs or do a little shopping at one of the local shops on Main Street. Head over to the water fall at Bridal Veil Falls lookout and see nature at its finest.
