Nestled in a tranquil cove on the Silver Ridge/Tannenbaum Peninsula, this 4 bedroom (+ Loft)/3 bath house (sleeping a total of 13 people) is near a variety of outdoor activities. Bring your boats--a boat ramp is available 2 minutes away and the long, flat driveway is ideal for stowing your boat. Tannenbaum Golf Course (a top 5 course in Arkansas) is 3 minutes away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, just a few steps from the house. Bike enthusiasts will find that the peninsula offers a wide-range of terrain and undulating routes - bring your hybrid tires. High-speed, fiber optic internet supports all your streaming needs. The house has 3000 square feet of open living space, perfect for large groups. The dramatic, wood-burning fireplace at the center of the home creates an idyllic setting in the colder winter months. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa sleeper. The screened-in deck off the back of the house provides a bug-free gathering experience. The tournament-quality, Tornado foosball table provides hours of competitive play. A ping pong table and other outdoor games are located in the garage. Two single kayaks and life jackets are available for guest use. Kitchen is fully stocked for groups that like to cook. A Thermador gas oven and dishwasher were recent kitchen additions. The 2023 Weber Genesis (Propane) grill is available for outdoor cooking and the fire pit is perfect for late-night drinks and s'mores. Please note that pets are not allowed and penalties for non-compliance will be enforced.

I usually don't leave reviews but our family does an annual lake house trip, and this property was one of our favorites so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and well set up for group activities and quiet relaxation. We really appreciate the thoughtful amenities. The host was friendly and very responsive. If we had one small suggestion it would be to add and extra large skillet and a few more big servings spoons to the kitchen. Overall, a great stay. We'd definitely recommend this home to others and would love to come back!

Lots of room for a big family group, very neat and clean. Emily, was a great host. She was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Definite 5 Star Thumbs up!
