About this house rental
Between the sea and the mountains, the house is in the centre of a 22-hectare wine estate. Perched on its hill overlooking the valley from the top of its 26 m, it is a superb country property with its chapel, its watchtower, its walking paths, its olive grove and its woods.
Ideally located between Sartène and the beaches of Propriano.
Those in a hurry to cool off will simply choose to go down the path to have the unique experience of swimming in the water of the Rizzanese river.
The accommodation
Ideally located 10 minutes from the lively town of Sartène (the most Corsican town of Corsican cities according to Prosper Mérimée), its entertainment and its shops. But also 10 minutes from the sea, the fine sandy beaches, the seaside town of Propriano and its restaurants. Next to the river and the basins of the Rizzanese.
"Casa Caro" is an important traditional Corsican house recently renovated. It is a real loft in the countryside, very bright, with its mezzanine under glass roof and 15 m under the ceiling, a large central reception room of about 100 m2 and a large kitchen capable of accommodating all guests around the same table.PGJyPg
The villa has two adjoining buildings, connected to each other, for a total living area of 300 m2.
7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms or shower rooms, 5 toilets... allowing a capacity of 14 people in optimal conditions of comfort.
The rooms are each very independent, neither is adjoining the other and are distributed in each of the two buildings.
Inside, the house is built around the 100 m² living room, equipped with a French billiards table and a table football. And also around the large kitchen which sets the pace of daily life and commands access to the east (breakfast at sunrise) and west (aperitif at sunset) terraces.
Large outdoor tables to accommodate all guests.
Tranquility guaranteed around the large 40 m² swimming pool (10x4.2), both for early morning bathers and for long sleepers.
