This adorable and peaceful retreat features 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Centrally located in five min of short walk to UAB, hospitals & clinics, award-winning restaurants, shopping, etc. Lots space for out of town executives, UAB related business travelers or students, families for extended visits, wedding groups, Robert Trent Jones Golf groups, and events. Adorable home built in the early 1900s houses three apartments. This is the ground unit off the front the porch. There is two upstairs units, there is not down stairs unit tenants. This historic apartment has been fully renovated, features 10+ high ceiling, original hardwoods, abundance of natural light, massive large king size bed in both bedrooms, master bedroom has attached shower in the room, there is also main bathroom with bathtub in the hall. Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances including washer and dryer . Two beautiful tile Private full bathrooms.
