Living room: 65 in smart Roku TV, bookcase with books and games. Modular sofa sleeper bed (sleeps one). Full sized air mattress. Ceiling fan.
Main bedroom: Queen sized medium firm mattress with attached bathroom (shower). Dedicated work desk and office chair with 500+ Mbps WI-FI. 43 in smart Roku TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized medium firm mattress with bathroom across the hallway (bathtub). Foldout desk available to pull out from closet. 43 in smart Roku TV.
Hallway: brand new furnace. New fresh pain throughout.
Patio: new outdoor dining table and 2 chairs
Outside: Located on the first level. Keyless entry. New AC unit. Many free parking spots for you to choose.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! PERFECT spot for SAMFORD families it’s literally a 2 min drive! The renovations were on point and the space was quiet and welcoming. I have a 22 year old with Autism who usually has a rough night in a new place and he loved it there!!! I will rent every time I visit!!! Best place we’ve stayed!!! The host was so quick to respond we are so pleased!!

Our family and I stayed here and the home is just like the photos. The house was very clean and near Protective Stadium which was where we were visiting. Joanna was always responsive although we didn’t need anything while there. Prior to the trip she answered any questions I had. Only issue we had were noisy neighbors above us but overall the stay was great!! Will definitely stay here again.

Joanne’s home is exactly as listed. She was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late for a reasonable fee. We had an issue on day 1 where the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I notified Joanne on the following day and she had a repair technician come out within a few hours to fix the issue. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we plan to return again.

My daughter and I stayed here while she attended a summer camp, and it was perfect for our two week stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was great, and communication with the host was easy and very helpful.
