This property was centrally located for us. We were there for a PG Baseball Tournament and the fields we played on were all over the Birmingham & Hoover area. This location had quick access to the highway and was an extremely quite neighborhood. The house was clean, allowed us to check in early and had everything we needed. Thank you!

We made last minute plans to spend Christmas in Birmingham. The first property we requested was not available, but Jerome worked with us to find an available property that would fit our budget and meet our needs. This location served us beautifully as it was very convenient to where our son lives. It was also easy to get out and run last minute errands in a variety of directions. The living space, dining area and bedrooms were very comfortable. It was a marvelous space for our first family Christmas away from home. We were also delighted to find a number of welcoming touches awaiting us. Finally, in our last minute scramble to make plans, Jerome was very responsive to our questions and then checked on us after our first night.

The property needed a good cleaning when we arrived. The window blinds had some missing/broken slats and were not attached to the wall very well. There were a few dogs in the neighborhood that occasionally barked all night, and the house is located close to a busy/noisy road. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
