LA BOURBOULE, 700m from the town center and all amenities, in a small residence, a lovely 2-bedroom apartment (68m²) located on the ground floor with garden access via an external staircase and direct access to the residence's landscaped green spaces.

A pleasant and bright living/dining room with two windows overlooking the garden. One bedroom with a 160x190cm bed, storage, and garden view;
One bedroom with three 80x190cm beds and storage;
A shower room with heated towel rail;
Separate WC
Also available is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a private ski locker. A cot and high chair are also provided.
