About this house rental
Our home is elevated and North facing towards the beautiful lagoon at Cable Bay. The house is open plan with a large kitchen/living/entertaining area and three generous double bedrooms. The large wrap around deck that gets sun all day. Only a short, easy 200m walk to the beach which is great for kids and swimming. Cable Bay is a great place to base yourself to explore Doubtless Bay and the surrounding treasures. The property has plenty of off street parking and room to park the boat.
The space
The house includes - 1 large master bedroom with ranch slider access to deck, block out curtains, walk in robe and ensuite with double shower.
- 2 generous sized bedrooms one with a queen and another with a king single
- 2 extra single beds can be set up in living area if requested (would suit children)
- Large entertainers kitchen with walk in pantry - kitchen includes dishwasher, large Smeg oven with 6 burner gas stove, large french door fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker
- 2 bathrooms - main bathroom includes a large stone bath and seperate shower
- outdoor dining with use of BBQ
- toys, board games and books
- Unlimited wifi
- TV - apple TV with access to Netflix, Neon and Disney+
- 2x work spaces/study areas
- outdoor (hot) shower - perfect for washing off after a swim at the beach
