New three bedroom, two bathroom property with open plan lounge, dining & kitchen.
Views over to Karikari Peninsula and over to Mangonui from the Master Bedroom.
Large deck with BBQ for entertaining. 4m x 4m Pergola with louvred roof and drop down sides for all weather alfresco dining.
Plenty of room for a boat and tents.
Just 500 metres from an awesome safe swimming beach with a lagoon for the little ones or snorkelling and only 20 minutes from Taupo Bay or Matai Bay.
Special Conditions:
Please leave your shoes at the door. No Smoking please. Families preferred but not limited to. No pets allowed. All recyclables to be disposed of by tenant and council approved yellow rubbish bags (1 provided per tenancy) to be left at roadside curb on completion of tenancy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leanne's place. The location is handy to everything and there are ocean glimpses from the kitchen/living area. There is an outdoor entertaining area that would be great in summer too. There is lots of room so everyone can spread out over the three bedrooms and the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. There were lots of supplies in the pantry - which we didn't use - preferring to eat out but if you wanted to cook then it'd be easy to do so as things like oil, sauce, salt etc were all to hand. We'd stay there again.

Overall a good clean Bach with fab communication. Some areas of Bach could do with a little more attention to detail but generally clean. There is an ant problem in the kitchen which did become annoying. Pillows in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom could also do with upgrading as lumpy and worn. We had a lovely stay and these are certainly not criticism but possibly area for small improvement

Lovely property in a very quiet neighborhood. View was amazing, could look at that every day. Property was very clean and comfortable, styled very well. One thing that took a while to get used to especially with kids is the blinds, how much light they let in. Very hard to sleep in past first light, had to do some improvising which worked in the end. Other than that excellent property, we will definitely be back in the near future.

Your home has beautiful and tasteful decor that is also suited to creating a homely whanau (family) atmosphere which was perfect for My husband, children, Mum and Sister. Apart from the stunning views and having the beach so close to us the highlight I would have to say was the 5* (high standard) spotlessly clean your whare was which I really loved because thats how I like to keep my whare. 4 cattlemen the 1st night 5 the 2nd. Opened the door and the lads said ‘ boy this is flash oldmate’ - That sums it up really.. Everything you need including a view is there. Friendly neighbours too. Recommended

This was truly a great place to stay in Cable Bay. The house is modern and clean with all the amenities you could require. Whether it's a BBQ for those family meals or an assortment of board games and Sky TV/Netflix if the weather isn't so flash. The location of the property is nice and quiet and provides a good view of the water. The sound if the ocean serves as a reminder that you are on holiday. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and shops are also within close proximity if you feel like that coffee fix or something a little more indulgent. This is a great location for visiting the iconic Cape Reinga and Ninety Mile beach, not to mention all the great beach locations along the way. Leanne and Brent were easy to communicate with and we're always able to be contacted if required. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you have the opportunity. Bach is in such a great location. It is modern and has all the amenities you could want. We are a surfing family so the location is fantastic. 25 mins to Taupo Bay and 40 mins to Ahipara means whatever the wind/swell direction is you have waves. Had such a fantastic holiday.

This was a fabulous place to stay for a family group. The house is spacious and the location excellent as a base to explore what this part of the north has to offer. It is a short walk to the end of cable bay - don’t miss the large rock pools at low tide, its like having your own spa. Leanne was fabulous to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leanne and Brent’s. The main living area is really well designed and spacious for 8 of us. The house is clean and modern and everything we needed was there and. There’s a large deck well positioned to catch all day sun and the views of the bay and Karikari Peninsula are amazing. If you’re interested in exploring the north of the north this is a great place to stay. It’s about a 90min drive to Te Paki sand dunes and Cape Reinga, and Whangaroa Harbour is 20mins to the east with a neat bush walk and views. Equally there’s fun things to do locally in Cable Bay, Coopers Beach and the iconic Mangonui Fish Shop is well worth a visit. Leanne and Brett are friendly and responsive and made ours an easy and fun stay.
