Views over to Karikari Peninsula and over to Mangonui from the Master Bedroom.
Large deck with BBQ for entertaining. 4m x 4m Pergola with louvred roof and drop down sides for all weather alfresco dining.
Plenty of room for a boat and tents.
Just 500 metres from an awesome safe swimming beach with a lagoon for the little ones or snorkelling and only 20 minutes from Taupo Bay or Matai Bay.
Special Conditions:
Please leave your shoes at the door. No Smoking please. Families preferred but not limited to. No pets allowed. All recyclables to be disposed of by tenant and council approved yellow rubbish bags (1 provided per tenancy) to be left at roadside curb on completion of tenancy.

The bach was well stocked, and a we felt right at home. There were even extra beach towels and a line to hang them on. We loved playing games outside at the table while watching the sunset over the water. Excellent location. The neighbourhood felt safe and was very quiet. It was an easy walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Cable Bay . The house is very spacious , close to all amenities and very close to the beach ! Would highly recommend . We hope to return one day soon !

We had a fabulous week at this property, one of the cleanest holiday homes i have stayed in. Much bigger than expected, well appointed kitchen, beautiful view and so quiet! Awesome swimming beach too. Thanks so much for the use of your special place.

Great location with good view, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Amazing house with loads of room to comfortably fit 6 people. Nice outdoor area and very clean overall. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
