La Colombaia apartment is situated on the top floor of the main farmhouse. It is accessible through the reception hall and up two flights of stairs or by elevator. This apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. The view over the nearby swimming pool and the surrounding countryside is breathtaking!

Santa Laura is a large farmhouse that dates to the end of the 18th century. Until the 1950’s, it was used as the primary residence of farmers and their families. After a long and careful renovation, it is now the Moris family's principal “agriturismo" offering discreet and elegant hospitality in the form of 10 fully furnished apartments, gardens, and swimming pool set in an olive tree grove at the top of a hill in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.
The city tax is not included in the rate and it will be collected at check-out. The Municipality of Massa Marittima charges a tax per person (for people aged 14 years old and older), per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
