Die Lage allgemein, der neue Pool, viel Platz, keine Enge, sehr ruhig gelegen. Massa Marittima ganz nah, schöne Strände, Toskana-Feeling inclusive, sehr gutes Restaurant im Nachbarort.
Wir kommen wieder.
Die Entfernung zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Auto. Fehlender toskanischer Kräutergarten in der Anlage, z.B. für Basilikum, Thymian, Rosmarin gibt es.
Cafeteria / Bar / Eisdiele war leider noch nicht ganz fertig, wird aber sehr schön.

Very nice surrounding. You get your private apartment with small patio.
There is little what to complain. Owners were very helpful to us to get salt, pepper and olive oil.

Lovely rustic buildings and accom / bedroom was lovely.
Seating in the accom is not for tall people, although adequate the chairs are uncomfortable to rest in , both inside and the steel ones outside are not for resting.
Pool loungers are lovely though. on the
$$$$
