Beautiful, comfortable villa "Marsiliana", 2 storeys, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 10 km from the centre of Massa Marittima, 6 km from the centre of Valpiana, 18 km from the centre of Follonica, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 1 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) at the house.
