Casa meravigliosa, ben attrezzata e la pulizia dell’appartamento è impeccabile. Piscina fantastica, il posto è molto tranquillo, anche la notte si sta bene. Fabrizio, il proprietario, è sempre presente se c’è bisogno, ma allo stesso tempo è molto discreto, abbiamo chiesto dove mangiare e ci ha consigliato un posto ottimo.

Ha un grande potenziale: è vicina al mare, al centro di Follonica e ai servizi. Gli spazi sono ampi e il prezzo è onesto! Host molto disponibile e alla mano.
La pecca principale è la manutenzione. Credo che spendere qualcosa in più per la pulizia delle aree esterne come il giardino e la piscina( si trovano molti insetti morti in acqua e mattonelline staccate) farebbe alzare molto il livello. Inoltre essendo circondata da verde necessiterebbe di zanzariere alle finestre.

Schönes Grundstück und tolle Wohnungen. Besonders mit Hund zu empfehlen. Die Hunde vor Ort sind tolle Spielpartner für unseren Hund gewesen. Fabrizio hilft und unterstützt wo er nur kann. Klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La struttura è in un ottima posizione , e comunque il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole
Appartamento un po' piccolo per.4 persone. La camera per i bimbi, non aveva una finestra Mancava una lavatrice, anche se dalla foto sembrava ci fosse. La piscina non era molto pulita. In generale, la struttura avrebbe ottime potenzialità,ma manca forse l'attenzione ad alcuni dettagli che farebbero la differenza
