Great for Families!! ONLY A FEW feet from the beach! Our ground floor 2-bdrm 2 bath fully equipped kitchen, step out of your door directly onto the beach, pool, swim up bar and restaurant.

Heather's place was all that we hoped for and more! The location was perfect! Right across the street from the Yacht Club, where my husband loves going every morning for his coffee and breakfast. We loved being right there on Welfare Road for easy walking to all the restaurants and easy access to pick up a bus. (or taxi from the resort). We also loved being able to walk down to The Greenhouse for HH and the beautiful sunsets and the fun of Kim Shaw Bay. The resort was well maintained with friendly people. I loved the ground floor location of this unit, right there on the beach. We're usually not ones to cook-in while on vacation, but next time I would definitely take advantage of the grills right in front of the unit! We have been coming to SXM for many years and have stayed at many different places. I must say, this property moved up to #1! Thank you Heather for hosting us and the quick communication!

The room was perfect. Bottom floor with a great view from the patio. The BBQ, beach, snorkeling and pool were steps away from our patio.

We stayed here 7 days and the hotel/resort was great. Friendly service and a very relaxing atmosphere. Just we needed.

Everything was absolutely wonderful if there was one thing we would have liked was 4 chairs on patio! We enjoy having our coffee in morning and drinks at night!!! Would love to come for two weeks next year!!
