Amazing Ocean views for this Simpson Bay Beachfront Condo in Paradise!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay! The unit was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was fantastic - central to everything and within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shopping, and nightlife. While having a car is nice if you want to explore other parts of the island, it's certainly not required to enjoy your stay.My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here with a couple of close friends, and it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The accommodations and overall experience exceeded our expectations.Michael was an exceptional host - kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great stay. From booking to check-out, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.I had read some reviews mentioning noise from the bar across the street, but honestly, it didn't disturb us at all. It certainly didn't take away from our experience.Our only complaint? The stay wasn't long enough! We enjoyed our time so much that I've already recommended this property to two other couples planning a trip to St. Maarten. We would not hesitate to stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit.Highly recommend!

You can’t go wrong renting Michael’s property. It has everything you need to feel at home. Property was clean and well stocked for your stay. The view of the beach and pool are beautiful. Well located to stores and plenty of restaurants in the area. The property has many activities available to enjoy. Or you can just relax on the beach or around the pool. Michael was extremely easy to contact and prompt to reply with any questions or requests that we had. We would visit the property again.

Great view of the ocean. The host Michael always responded to any question we had in a very efficient manner. The room was clean and decorated very nicely. Close to lots of restaurants and night life. The staff at the resort were very courteous and helpful.

Great place to stay. Lots of bars and restaurants within wslking distance. Little noisy at night with Nowhere Special bar across the street playing loud music til 3am in the morning.
