About this house rental
We are excited to also offer our home on VRBO. One of Brevard’s favorites. Located in the Lumberyard Arts District, 2 blocks from Downtown Brevard, our newly renovated bungalow maintains all of the charm of a 1940s cottage but with modern amenities. Our 2 bedroom bungalow features new appliances, a beautiful gas fireplace, and high quality furniture and bedding. The backyard oasis is shady and peaceful, with a soothing water feature, fire pit, and seating for four. One level, easy access, with driveway and detached one car garage for storing bikes and gear.

Perfect spot to explore Brevard and other areas nearby The house also perfectly quaint yet enough room and uber clean. I enjoyed the large king bed, comfy living room chair for morning coffee and evening bourbon to some cool album soundsEasy walking to everything you need. Downtown has some strange hours so in some cases we completely missed some shops and Ice cream. I hopped on the Brevard Greenway at the end of King st for two morning runs. Definitely coming back. We saw 1 white squirrel

Wonderful place to stay for a quick weekend of hiking and waterfalls. The house was adorable and so cleana and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect!

Great little bungalow! Has all the amenities you'd need, great decor, and a super comfy furniture and bed. Excellent location, at a block or so from downtown Brevard and about 25 mins to Pisgah forest. My only complaint, and to no fault of the owner, is that there are 4 dachshund dogs that live accross the street, who bark...a lot. All in all, great stay!
