About this house rental
Welcome to Ohana on James - a new three level home offering the perfect blend of comfort and modern luxury, only half a mile from the heart of Downtown Brevard! A short walk to all the shopping, dining, and excitement Downtown Brevard has to offer, this 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom custom home accommodates up to seven guests. The driveway has parking space for 2 vehicles, with additional street parking, if needed. The main entrance to this home opens into the lower level entryway. A garage theater room is also located on the lower level of the home and offers plush reclining seats, a large television, and a full bathroom.
From the main entrance of the home, guests travel up the stairs to the 2nd level, open-concept living area with sleek, contemporary finishes, cozy and comfortable furnishings, and ample natural light. The sizable kitchen and dining area is complete with stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for 8 guests, and all the dishes, pots, and pans needed to prepare meals for your group. The private back patio offers a gas grill, outdoor seating, and even a fire table for guests to enjoy!
All bedrooms are located on the third level of the home. The primary bedroom is home to a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 boasts a queen-sized bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3, which is complete with bunk beds.
At the end of the day, Ohana on James Street is conveniently located only half a mile from all the dining options Downtown Brevard has to offer! Easily walk down Main Street for dinner, ice cream, and a movie at the historic Co-ed Cinema before heading home for the evening. When guests are ready for hiking, waterfalls, and biking adventures, limitless options await with the entrance to Pisgah National Forest only 10 minutes away, Dupont State Forest and Caesars Head visitor Center less than 30 minutes away, and Gorges State Park only 35 minutes away.

I slept well in the master bedroom but my sisters did not! One sister was so uncomfortable, on the lower bunk bed, that she went downstairs to sleep on a Murphy bed. That ment we had to figure out the bed and transfer her sheets there! That’s where the problem with the bright floodlight, on all night, by the garage door came from. My other sister doubled a comforter she found to put on her mattress in the “guest” room. Otherwise we loved the house! It’s well appointed. The hot areas in the downstairs bathroom and around the stairs were a puzzle and minor issues. We had a great trip over all! Thank you.

The house was new with upscale design features. The only drawback is lots and lots of stairs.
