    Chanced upon cityhouse whilst googling and booked it immediately as the photos look stunning and property looks new. So glad we made the right choice by booking this gem. I booked the junior suite so it's definitely spacious. But what impressed me were the cleanliness, the good condition of amenities, bedsheets, furniture and the properly working toilet flushes, sinks and showers with no weird smell. The Aircon is cold and powerful and hot water from the shower functions well. Pressure is good too. Oh, the bed and pillows are super comfortable too. Bed not sunken in due to overusage, and pillows were firm yet soft. Every staff member was full of smiles and so eager to assist. No issues communicating in English as the front desk lady speaks good English and requests via WhatsApp were promptly acceded to. No noisy chatter amongst the staff and there are plenty of couches in the compact and tastefully decorated lobby with good air-conditioning. A welcome respite and an oasis of calm when you return from the vibrant craziness in the city. I'm no expert in HCM but the location is convenient. Yes, it faces the road but that's how it is for most HCM properties anyway. We didn't find it noisy and we slept well every night. There are definitely plenty of more affordable options but cityhouse is clean, new and we felt safe and welcome. I can definitely recommend this property to anyone who appreciates comfort, cleanliness and accessibility.

    The stay with Cityhouse El Pino Realm was such a great experience. the staff were so helpful and efficient with both check in and check out. Room was clean and huge for the price. Staff were very helpful with luggage as well.

    We stayed here with family and had a great experience. The hotel was very family-friendly, rooms were comfortable, and staff ensured all our needs were met. Kids enjoyed the facilities specially the pool, and the food was not good as we were looking for Indian cusine. Hotel was having at least 20% Indian guests but still food was not as per taste of Indians, also not having Jain dishes. Rest was satisfactory Receptionist, Vu and Bell Boy, Quoc were really helpful and with smile always, thanks
