Centrally located, great communication, washing machine

Basic equipment, bed downstairs not very comfortable, low ceiling under the mezzanine. The entrance does not inspire confidence but the apartment is nice.

Le propriétaire est extrêmement réactif et d’une grande aide. Il est également très aimable et arrangeant. De plus, l’appartement est bien placé et proche des transports en commun. Les équipements sont fonctionnels et tout le nécessaire est fourni. L’appartement est incroyable.

Il manque seulement des volets sur la grande fenêtre car lorsque que l’on dort sur le canapé le matin la lumière s’engouffre et c’est désagréable. Le système de porte est également compliqué à comprendre au départ.

Lokalizacja prześwietna, apartament znakomicie wyposażony, klimatyzacja była zbawieniem na upały, które zastaliśmy podczas pobytu. Łóżko sypialniane bardzo wygodne. Wspaniali właściciele!!!!

Kanapa na dole niestety rozjeżdżała się i spanie było mało wygodne, poza tym brak zastrzeżeń :)

The apartment itself is nice and provided all that I needed.

The toilet seat was broken, the TV doesn't work, the key app system which I was concerned about before I arrived broke down fueling my concerns about such a system even more. It was a bit temperamental from the beginning and on the 3rd night it stopped working entirely. I couldn't lock the door and leave. I spent 45 mins trying to get it fixed and then had to call the apartment owners who after half an hour arrived and the spent 20 mins trying to do all that we did, and then left to get the physical key rather than bringing it with them from the outset, cue another 20 minutes. I spent 2.5 hours unable to leave the apartment before finally it worked again. My impression was that they thought we were at fault, and all they had to do was to turn up and fiddle with it and it would be sorted. I also left my laptop charger behind and contacted them immediately to ask if they could leave it in a bar (I visit regularly) which was 7 mins walk from the apartment that my son could call in and pick up after he was returning from work. After trying to persuade them to do this - I almost came close to begging them - but they insisted that it be collected from their office during office hours, which means my son couldn't collect it, as he works from 8 until 5. My daughter-in-law had no option but to travel from the other side of town with my one year old granddaughter in 35-40 degree heat to collect it during the day. It would have been much quicker to simply drop it at the bar which was much closer than their office and who were happy to hold it for my son to collect. Even though I emphasised the inconvenience it would cause to my daughter in law and granddaugther, I thought they might do this, particularly as I was stuck in the apartment on a Saturday night and could leave until after midnight. No matter how many times I asked or tried to persuade they refused. They told me they were 'not a delivery service.' Needless to say I won't be back.
