Pretty neat apartment, close to public transportation and really quiet. Had no problems during our stay

The air conditioning didn't work but I was only made aware of that upon arrival. The cover on the futon was covered in what looked like children's glue with glitter in it. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival. In the cabinets, there were glasses stained with lipstick and coffee.
