The stay in this apartment was very pleasant. It has good public transport connections as it is located between 2 metro lines, while various trams and buses pass underneath.The apartment was very clean, very bright, very quiet, modern dacorated, the kitchen was very well equiped and also there was a cupboard with various items (such as some coffee capsules etc). Also very important that each room had its own toilet, but there was also an extra toilet.
However, there were 2 negatives that I believe are due to a random event and not to the indifference of the host. The first surprise was that the boiler of the hot water did not work. Fortunately, the host was willing to help and referred us directly to the technician and via video call we changed the settings and the hot water came in a few minutes. The second was that the refrigerator had no cooling at all, even though we pressed the buttons to change the settings and the freezer did not work at all (while the motor was running). We had a hard time because it was hot and we wanted cold water, and we also couldn't keep the items we needed for our breakfast. However, the problem solved with the tap water which was quite cool and fortunately there was one Spar super market under the apartment and we shopped every morning for what we wanted to eat. So we didn't bother the host any further, since we found this solution, but we reported it to him on our way out so he could fix it. Every time we travel, we try to see the positives and overlook the negatives that will spoil our mood and experience. I don't believe that any host wants to inconvenience their guests. Unfortunate events can happen and we have to overcome them with optimism and humor.

We arrived at a completely new apartment, decorated to a very high standard, five stars! In a clean apartment, with all the luxuries. In a very special building with an elevator, close walking distance from the entertainment venues! Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.
