Luxury Tropical Apartment at Budapest

The apartment has a beautiful, modern interior and everything needed for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and there is a large, convenient elevator

Hosts provided excellent directions for getting into the property. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location gave access to all the attractions we wanted to visit - with buses, trams and metro available nearby - but lots of good things very walkable too.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. One of the bedrooms was a little cramped. We took quite a while to figure out how to get the tv to work so some guidance would have been useful. But these were minor things on balance.

Понравилось это мягко сказано. Нам очень понравилось. Это самые лучшие апартаменты, которые мы снимали в своей жизни. Боюсь забыть что-то описать, но было абсолютно всё идеально, начиная с интерьера, современного ремонта, огромной, просто огромнейшей плазмы, кондиционеров в каждой комнате, заканчивая заботой о гостях. Для нас была и зубная паста и шампунь, гель для душа, даже капсулы для стирки. И тампоны в туалете. Фен Remington. Кто не знает, это очень хорошая фирма и я пожалела, что взяла свой фен с собой. Интерьер нереальный. Мы сидели и рассматривали детали с удовольствием. Картины, необычные люстры, бра В каждой комнате есть стойка с тремпелями. Есть даже утюг и гладильная доска.

Не понравилось, что не было свободно, когда мы хотели продлить номер. 😁😁😁😁 Мы не хотели уезжать из этих апартаментов. Ну там прям оооочень комфортно

The location was good. The apartment was overall clean. My bed was comfortable. The air condition was a real plus. One bedroom was nice and had everything you need in a bedroom but see my issues with the other bedroom below. They let me check in 1.5 hours early at no charge.

Getting the keys turned out to be difficult. I got the keys from the security box as instructed but they were not the right keys. It turned out that the keys were switched with the other apartment's and it was me who figured it out. Biggest issue was that this was not a two-bedroom apartment, even though it was advertised as such. You could call it 1+1 because they had essentially turned part of the living space into a bedroom. This might be fine for a couple staying in the bedroom with perhaps a child sleeping in the make-shift bedroom. But for someone like me who was traveling with a colleagues, we were really counting on the advertised two bedrooms. The make-shift bedroom was simply a mattress on the floor with no closet space, etc. My younger colleague volunteered to sleep there but I felt very bad about it. Other smaller issues: The shampoo and body wash bottles were almost empty. It doesn't take much to make sure they are at least half full. The shower head was unstable. I never managed to have a relaxed shower in there. I basically had to use it as a hand shower. There was an iron, but no ironing table/board. It should be very easy to provide one. The host was not quick in responding at all when questions came up. Luckily, they were quick with the issue with the keys. It still took us 40 minutes of back and forth messages for me to be able to get into the apartment, after a 12-hour trip. At no point, was there an offer to come or send someone over to help, etc. I was beginning to get worried that I might not be able to get in for a few hours or at all. It was a frustrating experience. Everything was clean but really worn, e.g. towels.
