Bell'appartamento da 4 persone massimo che si trova a pochissimi chilometri da San Teodoro in posizione strategica e silenziosa per raggiungere le migliori spiagge delle vicinanze . Si trova all'interno di altre locazioni simili in un piccolo complesso condominiale. Facilità di parcheggio sia all'interno nel quale c'è un posto riservato sia all'esterno in strada. Locali freschi e gradevoli anche con l'aiuto del condizionatore nelle giornate piu' calde

Luogo tranquillo e fresco in genere silenzioso tranne il sabato sera quando si sente la musica fino alle 4 di notte
Per questa posizione e' indispensabile avere l'auto al seguito perche' sei lontano sia dai servizi che dalle spiagge, qualche problema con le zanzare in quanto non vi sono le zanzariere alle finestre.
