Citai con splendida vista mare

The house was lovely. It was located in a great location in San Teodoro. It had an amazing see view. There were 3 air conditioners, and they were all working—even though it was not needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The mattress of the bed was not that comfortable and the hair dryer was not working. but besides these, everything was amazing.

Großzügige Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse und nicht weit zum Zentrum. Perfekte Lage, um die schönen Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, eigener Parkplatz. Fabelhafter Ausblick auf Tavolara und Meer. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in San Teodoro.

Ein Toaster wäre schön, auch zwei Weingläser haben uns gefehlt.

* Wi-Fi was only reliable in the living room. In the bedroom and other areas, the connection was very weak or unusable. We therefore cannot understand the 10/10 rating for Wi-Fi. * The bed sheets and towels were clean, but they had a strong vinegar-like smell. We asked for them to be changed, but unfortunately the replacement sheets and towels smelled the same. * The beds were not particularly comfortable. * The accommodation does not have a water kettle, which would have been useful. * A hairdryer is listed as an amenity, but unfortunately the plug did not fit any of the available sockets, so we could not use it. * The accommodation could benefit from some renovation. In particular, the bathroom furniture and fixtures looked quite worn and dated. * The beds are not made upon arrival. The bed linen is provided, but guests have to make the beds themselves. * The veranda/terrace area could have been better maintained and looked somewhat neglected. * When entering the accommodation, there was a noticeable musty/humid smell, similar to a basement. We understand that Sardinia has a humid climate, but it was nevertheless noticeable and affected the first impression. * Overall comfort was okay, but for the price we paid, we expected a little more. For us personally, the price-performance ratio was therefore not particularly convincing.
