One room has 3 single beds and the other has a double bed which was perfect for our group of 4. The outside space is great and there was detergent for us to wash our clothes.
Not all beds had sheets/duvets but this was quickly rectified by Giovanna when we asked. There is a switch in the bathroom for the hot water tank which looks like a light switch so we accidentally turned it off then didn’t have hot water for a couple days but Giovanna is very easy to contact and quick to reply.

Posizione perfetta vicino al centro di San Teodoro. Spazi adeguati e grandi per poter ospitare una famiglia di tre persone. Comfort assicurato grazie al bellissimo terrazzino dove poter riposarsi o cenare in tranquillità!

Everything about this apartment/villa was exceptional! excellent location, very close to the centre whilst being on a lovely quiet cul de sac which felt very safe, spacious and clean with beautiful views and came with pretty much everything you need to start your holiday.
