La vue magnifique, la terrasse couverte, appartement propre spacieux et bien équipé Une bouteille de vin de Sardaigne a notre arrivée, et 2 bouteille d'eau dans le frigo Parking devant l'établissement Proximité de tous les services : supermarché, restaurants, la plage la cinta, et le centre ville : on peut tout faire à pieds! Le calme, pas un bruit la nuit et les oiseaux au levé du jour ...

La douche est petite en taille et pour y rentrer il faut être plutôt mince ... Le canapé dépasse devant la porte d'accès au dégagement, il manque une table basse dans le salon et des tapis / rideaux pour un effet plus "cosy" Manque le fer a repasser (la table a repasser est présente). Manque une couverture/ couette chaude pour la mi saison Séjour fin avril donc en journée il y a beaucoup de travaux partout et de taille de haies / karcher pour les maisons environnantes...

This is a place for relaxation. The views from the terrace are magnificent, and it’s a pleasure to have breakfast or dinner there. Everything is clean, and the apartment is brand new. The peace and quiet around here is incredible. No one disturbs you, and no one gets in your way. There’s literally everything nearby: restaurants, shops, the beach is close by, and the center of San Teodoro is nearby. If you don't have a car, the manager can drive you to and from your rental property!

We were very disappointed by the sheer number of factors that can ruin your plans, personal schedule, mood, and the overall flow of your vacation. And I want to make this clear to anyone considering renting this apartment: 1. We didn’t have Wi-Fi. We spent a lot of money on roaming. The listing for this property states that internet access is available throughout the property, but that’s not true. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t even know the Wi-Fi password. They wrote it down on a piece of paper for us, but there wasn’t even a Wi-Fi hotspot. We figured maybe the staff didn’t know the Wi-Fi name, so we tried that password on every available Wi-Fi network in the building, but unfortunately, nothing worked. We were there for 5 days and brought this issue to the attention of the management, but all we got was a message saying they would fix it. But in 5 days, no one fixed it. 2. Ants. Ants are literally everywhere. And believe me, you’ll be sitting on the terrace sofa with ants crawling all over you. Maybe you’ll get lucky and they won’t bite you. 3. The office. Before you can access this apartment, you’ll have to go to a completely different location to pick up the keys. You can’t just arrive at the address of the booked apartment and walk in. You’ll need to go to an office in a place that isn’t in San Teodoro. The office is in another city. We were told that we were supposed to mention we didn’t have a car. But the booking description doesn’t mention that you have to go to the office first and then to the apartment. They only tell you this after you’ve already booked the apartment. Keep this in mind, as it involves extra expenses. 4. There is literally nothing in the house. I mean, there’s toilet paper, towels, and that’s it. No salt, no sugar, no oil, no coffee. Nothing. You’ll have to buy these yourself. Or maybe you’ll get lucky and one of the previous guests will leave some for you. 5. We didn’t have any duvets. And it was still chilly at night.
