    Love that we could stay in one unit as a family of four. Feels homely. Some suggestions: It would be great to have single beds - as each family member prefers to have their own rest-space. Since it's a booking of 4 people stay, could there be more 2 additional adjustable tall chairs provided for eating at the kitchen island? On the cleanliness -- Since the cleaning of room is upon request, suggest to have big bins for trash and recycling. I do think it's possible as there are excess space at the balcony for our room. we were there for only 2 nights - and the bins provided in the room is rather small and very limited. For a family of four, we do easily accumulate trash even within 2 nights - with food takeaways etc. Saw there were other units that placed their trash outside the door step, but we don't know how fast the staff will clear up the trash too. would be great for the hotel to look into the system of cleaning up - if hotel clean up is only just upon request. Other than that, we love that the location of the stay is convenient for us - especially the kids' shopping wants are nearby. Self check in is relatively ok.

    The room is very spacious and comfortable, and comes with washer, balcony area for drying of clothings which are great plus points for me. It's a smart home set up that controls the lighting and air-conditioning so it can be a bit troublesome on the check in day. Hotel is close to shopping area with food options nearby. There's a 24-hr convenience store below which is great. The only minus point is that the pick-up points of the day tours which I had booked was a station down. So it's a slight inconvenience on those days. But else, it has been a great stay.
