Great location, not far from the Pier
Parking was on street, which is great if you can get a space. There are car parks nearby but could become expensive if you need them all day

Nice and clean, good location and good value for money
Smelly, no windows, walls are paper thin so you can hear people coming in and out all the time. Check in a bit hard with the keypad being a little dysfunctional

The location is superb, and it is a very calming furniture style. Checkin is super easy and comfortable. The room has everything you need, even complimentary water which was a nice surprise.
Cleanliness is a little bit of an issue (especially the shower but there was also a blood colored finger print on our wall). Walls are quite thin.

Excellent location, main entrance and the door lock felt very safe even though there is no staff on site. Lovely traditional building with great minimalistic decor. Handy to have a communal kitchen with basic facilities like a fridge, filtered water, sink and a kettle.
Common area should be cleaned daily. I like the idea of taking the shoes off at the main entrance but the floor felt dusty and my feet got dirty walking around the common area.
The bed mattress just sits on the floor and moves around. Small sized single bed. There weren’t bed side tables so no where to put the phones and other small personal items other than on the floor.
Karaoke or loud music from neighbours every night till 11pm, didn’t bother us so much but if you are a light sleeper it would be very annoying.
