The rooms are clean.
The kitchen is not for use, you have to pay extra if you wish to use the kitchen, the location is far off from waynad. The swimming pool is on the roof top, it's not a resort, it's a small hotel providing, staff does not provide extra tea or coffee sachet if asked for.

If you are going as a family or friends with group of people, then this will be the best option. You will feel that you stayed at home as this is apartment flat with all the basic necessities. Good Parking is available.
Location is bit far 3km from centre and no restaurant available in the hotel or near, hence we need to go to centre for breakfast or Dinner. May be price bit high, but still worth during peek time.

Hotel was accessible and flat was clean.
There was confusion about the payment amount, whether kitchen is included or not.
Gas tank was empty and it took one day for staff members to arrange it.
Staff people keep coming in the flat without ringing the bell.

Hotel staying facility with driver stay arrangement separately.
Separate TV Room , dining table and space for official working.
Use and through Tuth Brush and paste must be arranged for travelers in the bathroom.
