I had a very disappointing experience at Rasha Suites. I had clearly booked a King-size AC room, but upon arrival, they refused to provide it, claiming I had booked a non-AC room instead. They ended up giving me a smaller room. It seems the property did a mistake on the online booking platform where AC and non-AC rooms were mixed up. I tried resolving the issue with the owner, but he was not helpful at all and simply told me to contact Agoda. Agoda later confirmed that I had indeed booked an AC room and that the property was at fault. Despite this, the owner still refused to provide the correct room. Thankfully, Agoda issued me a cashback, but the whole experience was frustrating and poorly handled. Additionally, the pool was not clean and looked quite turbid. There were also stray dogs near the pool area, and they were howling at night, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful—I even got chairs for the balcony upon request. But reception desk was unattended mostly. Overall, while the room quality and staff were decent, the lack of accountability and poor management from the owner made this a terrible experience.
