    The room were sufficiently equipped, there were nothing the was standing out, the rooms were clean and staff were well behaved. The stay depends on solar water heaters and lacks hot water during night.

    We stayed at Stay Bella, Calicut, for two days and paid around ₹7,000, but unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing and did not feel worth the money. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was also a good size. The location offered decent walkability, which were among the few positives of our stay. However, these positives were outweighed by several issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities. The only parking option provided was the basement parking, which was very poorly maintained. It was cluttered, untidy, and filled with waste and leftover items from nearby shops. There was no lift from the parking area, so we had to use the staircase. The stairs were dirty, smelly, and frequently had water on them, making it quite unpleasant and uncomfortable to walk through. We also had to walk a considerable distance from the parking area to reach the reception. The hot-water facility was unreliable. The overall quality of the facilities did not match what we expected for the price paid. The view from the property was also underwhelming. The dining area was another major disappointment. It was not clean or properly maintained, with too many mosquitoes and flies around. The wash area was also untidy and did not appear to be cleaned properly. The complimentary breakfast was below average and could have been much better. We did not feel that the service or facilities justified the amount we paid. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Considering the cleanliness, maintenance, unreliable hot water, poor dining facilities, below-average breakfast, and the overall quality of the stay, ₹7,000 for two days was definitely not worth it. We would not recommend Stay Bella, Calicut, and would personally choose another property for our next visit.

    For this price, I was expecting a fairly decent place( I had been to better places at prices lower). What I saw was a local bathroom which is not at all clean unlike what was shown in the booking sites. I asked for a refund from Agoda and they checked with the hotel and said they will change my room instead. I checked 3 other rooms. The rooms are all made up but the bathrooms were all tragic. It all had black dirt stuck on all the corners as well as on the toilet lids. Finally I told them to wash the toilet and then call me. I then saw that they replaced the toilet seat altogether. I am sure it was that dirty that it would be impossible to clean what was already there. I stayed there only because I paid for the whole week. Would never go back
