Paradise and service combined. You will never regret staying here. It's awesome!

The staff were amazing! They helped us arrange tours and reliable transport to Rio at the end of our stay....and even paid one of the operators when our cards were giving us issues on day (which was so kind). Breakfast was also fantastic! A combination of a small buffet and ordered items was provided.....basic, but hearty (made with love). The property has magnificent garden and a pool at the centre of it.....it's well shaded, and we spent one of our days just lying, reading and sleeping in their beautiful hammocks....its honestly a small piece of paradise! Well maintained bikes are also provided (for free) as an alterative to catching an uber for the 5min drive into the historic section of Paraty. The fact that this property was slightly outside the centre was a major plus for us, because we would enjoy the best of both paradise and touristy vibes :)

Exquisite

Feels like an oasis. Was lovely reading in the hammocks and listening to the birds. Rooms were clean and spacious. Brandy, the host, has thought about all the details from the umbrellas to the towels. Have experience in running a business and staying in lots of hotels for travel - I could see the details including the key chains, door handles and aromas.

Passamos o final de semana na Pousada O Portalzinho para comemorar o aniversário da minha noiva e a experiência foi simplesmente maravilhosa. A Brandy, dona da pousada, é extremamente simpática e acolhedora. A pousada é linda, muito bem cuidada, com uma piscina deliciosa e um café da manhã incrível, tudo feito com muito carinho. Um destaque à parte para os cachorros Penny e Brian, que são fofíssimos e deixam o ambiente ainda mais especial. Para completar, ainda tivemos a sorte de conhecer outros hóspedes muito legais, o que tornou o final de semana ainda mais especial. Com certeza, um lugar para voltar!

Não teve nada do que não gostamos. O único ponto de melhoria seria em relação à claridade do quarto, tendo em vista que a não há uma persiana no banheiro.

Lieu magnifique qui a gardé son charme original et à été sublimé. Le personnel a été incroyable tout au long du séjour. Nous avons adoré la convivialité du petit déjeuner ainsi que l’offre disponible. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa ficar hospedada no O Portalzinho. O espaço é encantador e cada detalhe tem conceito. Todas as meninas são super atenciosos e ficamos muito à vontade todo o tempo. O lugar é lindo, o café da manhã é de extrema qualidade e amamos a presença dos doguinhos da casa!

Como fomos em alta temporada, o bairro teve um problema de energia elétrica que impactou no ar condicionado e no chuveiro, mas as meninas fizeram o possível para normalizar e deram um desconto no final.

A experiência é super intimista e o staff da pousada faz com que você se sinta na sua própria casa. A integração entre as áreas comuns e a natureza é incrível. Além disso, o local é lindo e as pessoas queridas.

No quarto em que me hospedei há uma questão com a presença constante de animais da fauna local. Em alguns momentos era difícil dormir pois eles pareciam alojados no telhado, fazendo barulho e grandes movimentações. Ao comunicar ao staff da pousada, eles foram super solícitos e garantiram que vão dar uma atenção especial a essa questão para próximas estadias.

Una experiencia increíble. Ha sido, sin duda, la mejor estancia que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Viajaba sola por primera vez y al principio estaba un poco preocupada, pero las chicas de la posada me trataron con tanta amabilidad que enseguida me sentí como en casa. El lugar es precioso, el desayuno delicioso y las camas comodísimas. No me faltó de nada, hasta me hicieron la colada! Tienen bicis que puedes usar para ir al centro histórico o dar un paseo.
