8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Apartamentas tvarkingas. Vieta labai gera. Šalia miesto dramos teatras, centrinė miesto aikštė, keletas kavinių.
Automobilio parkingas atvirame keleto namų kieme, todėl susirasti parkavimo vietą gali būti sudėtinga, nors savaitgaliais visur aplinkui gatvėse parkingas nemokamas. Jeigu norite pusryčiams gerti kavą ar arbatą, reikia pasirūpinti tuo iš anksto, nes šeimininkai tuo nepasirūpinę.

Lengvas patekimas į butą, labai švarus ir erdvus butas, gera lokacija, vieta automobiliui.
Buvo šalta bute, mažas radiatorius svetainėje nepakankamai šildė daugiausiai buvo šaltas, duše vandens spaudimas žemas bei trūko karštesnio vandens, net gerokai palaukus vandens šiluma buvo pusėtina.
