Kranto Luxe Stay

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable, amenities were good.

When we arrived there were only 1 set of towels in the bathroom. There were 2 of us staying. When contacting the host she stated that she was 300km away & couldn't provide an extra set of towels. This is totally unacceptable for a rental property. We had to purchase another set of towels. There should have been someone near the property to accommodate any necessary items.

Location perfect. Sleeping mattress perfect. I can not remember of such deep sleep as i had in this property. Not far from property perfect river view and a restaurant Jack house. Perfect for late evening stay :)

Need directions clarity about entrance to apartment. A little bit confusing finding the entrance were to me.

I mean for the price you cannot complain. Overall a good stay. Few things I didn’t like but overall very good value for money, very clean and easy to find even in the dark (maybe note that entrance is round the back left side) clean and spacious apartment. The property is lovely decorated and looked after.

The building is old (not really a bad thing) but you can hear everything upstairs and next door. Somebody slammed the outside door and I could feel my bed shaking. This property is central heating controlled and it was +2° and there was no heater in property (or I couldn’t find it), luckily I was too tired to care. There is Vegetable mix spice in the kitchen but no Sugar. There was only one pillow on a king size bed, if you had two people you would need to share. But these are relatively small things apart from Heating.

Great location and very clean and comfy!
